All material is guaranteed as specified. All work to be completed is in a work-man-like manner according to standard
practices. Any alteration or deviation from specifications involving any extra cost, will be executed only upon written
orders, and will become an extra charge to the estimate. All agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays
that is beyond our control. Owner is responsible for carrying fire, tornado, and other necessary insurance.
Our
Acceptance of Proposal: The prices, specifications, and conditions are satisfactory and our workers are hereby fully
covered by workman’s compensation and liability insurance.
